2. Description of Service

Partnership Intel is an AI-powered partnership discovery platform that helps SaaS founders and teams find, evaluate, and reach out to potential partners. The Service includes:

• AI-ranked partnership matching based on your product description
• Access to a curated database of 5,900+ partners (newsletters, SaaS tools, communities, podcasts, creators)
• Personalised outreach copy generation and templates
• Enriched contact information (Twitter, LinkedIn, verified emails)
• Partnership CRM for pipeline management
• Search history, weekly digests, and follow-up reminders

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Lifetime Deal Terms

If you purchase a Lifetime Deal:

• You receive perpetual access to the Service for a one-time payment, as long as the Service is operational.
• Lifetime access includes all current features and future updates at no additional cost.
• Lifetime Deal slots are limited and non-transferable.
• "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product — meaning as long as Partnership Intel continues to operate.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Prices are listed in USD. Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service or its data
• Use the contact information obtained through the Service for unsolicited bulk messaging or spam
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users on a single account

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, database, AI models, and content, is owned by Partnership Intel. You retain ownership of any content you submit (product descriptions, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your submitted content solely to provide the Service.

8. Data and Accuracy

While we strive to keep our partner database accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. Partnership matches and AI-generated outreach copy are suggestions — you are responsible for verifying information and customising outreach before sending.

9. Limitation of Liability

Partnership Intel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost partnerships, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but we will provide a reasonable window to export your data upon request.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
