It is the partner-side version of an ideal customer profile. Without it, partner recruitment becomes guesswork.
Useful qualification criteria

- Complementarity - are they adjacent without being a direct competitor?
- Reach and engagement - do they have enough trust and activity to matter?
- Partnership history - have they collaborated before?
- Activation potential - can they realistically take action soon?
